• Food Bags – Admin Office (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
• Food Bags – Food Warehouse (Tuesday and Thursday)
• Blankets/Jackets – Admin Office – Check for availability
• Clothing – Thrift Store Voucher – Admin office

We DO NOT provide as a direct service, housing (transitional or shelter). This is a referral.

In partnership with the Community Assistance Program of Fontana (CAP) and 211, CityLink staff and case managers offer the guests at CityLink assistance to locate programs and/or services NOT DIRECTLY PROVIDED at CityLink. Guests can come into the Admin Office or call during office hours to receive service/program referral information or meet with a case manager.
